Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you have a PAWsome experience with your Bristly - we understand things aren't always PURfect. We want to equip you with all the information you need in order to process your returns and exchanges!
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns must be reviewed and approved by the Bristly team prior to qualifying for a refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days of receiving the product.
Steps to request a refund or exchange:
Please note returns are subject to evaluation by Bristly team. No dog toy is indestructible and normal wear and tear does not qualify for a refund or exchange. If wear and tear or breakage occur in an area not designated for chewing, it does not qualify for a refund. Bristly is not a chew toy and our use instructions need to be followed to ensure proper use.
Bristly Use Instructions must be followed to qualify for a return. If the product is used or used improperly, a return will not be approved.
Bristly is not responsible for individual preferences of dogs. The customer is responsible to purchase based onthe size of their dog, intensity of their dog’s chewing habits, and propensity to destroy chew toys. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the error is deemed by Bristly to be a product defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 3 business days if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchange items will be sent out once the original item is received back to us. Please allow 3 business days to process exchange once the original item is received.
